Share the case.
Not your whole life.

The first LexRoota contact is designed to collect enough information to understand the route without encouraging you to send unnecessary sensitive documents.

Analytics

The production site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic and which routes are useful, with IP anonymization enabled. Analytics does not run on preview/staging deployments. Case Router selections, Case Note reads and other on-page tool interactions are not sent to analytics as identifiable case content; analytics sees page views and standard engagement events, including a generic “lead sent” event that records which form was used, never the substance of a first-contact message.

First contact

For an initial route review, LexRoota typically needs your contact information, location, a plain-language description of what needs to happen and any relevant deadline. Do not send full identity-document archives, bank credentials, passwords, private keys or other unnecessary sensitive information through a first-contact message.

How the current website sends a message

The current website does not create a LexRoota account or upload a document. When you press the send button on the contact form, your name, email, optional phone, the text you wrote and the route context you chose are transmitted over HTTPS, stored encrypted in a short-lived intake queue and delivered to the LexRoota team by email. The WhatsApp action opens WhatsApp with the route and text you chose to send, so that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy and security practices.

Documents

If documents are required, the case coordinator should identify which documents are relevant and the appropriate way to provide them. Only information reasonably connected to the requested cross-border matter should be requested. Do not send originals or high-risk credentials unless a case-specific channel and need have been confirmed.

Professional providers

A matter may require information to be shared with an appropriately authorized lawyer, notary, tax adviser, bank, translator, courier, public authority or other provider. The information shared should be connected to that provider's role in the route rather than treated as blanket permission to circulate a file.

Use of case information

Information you choose to send may be used to respond to your request, assess the likely route, coordinate the matter and maintain an operational record of the case. Sensitive case documents should not be used as marketing material without a separate, specific basis to do so.

Retention and deletion

Retention can depend on the service, contracting entity, professional obligations and providers involved in the actual matter. If you want to ask what information is held in connection with your inquiry, or request deletion where applicable, contact LexRoota using the address below.
