Clarity before engagement

Who does what.

LexRoota coordinates practical cross-border routes between Canada and Ukraine. The role of every regulated provider should be visible rather than hidden inside vague “full-service” language.

● clear role● licensed provider where required● no fake scope
01
LexRoota coordinates

Cross-border execution.

  • Route mapping and practical project coordination
  • Document collection and workflow management
  • Canada ↔ Ukraine sequencing and status tracking
  • Translation, apostille and courier coordination
  • Source-of-funds document organization
  • Coordination between the client and relevant professional providers
02
Authorized professionals

Regulated work has a regulated owner.

  • Legal advice or representation where a licensed lawyer is required
  • Notarial acts performed by the relevant notary
  • Tax advice performed by the appropriate tax professional
  • Banking decisions and regulated financial services performed by the institution/provider
  • Registry, court or public-authority acts performed by the competent body
03
Outside initial public scope

We do not pretend to cover everything.

  • Canadian immigration representation
  • Litigation as a public LexRoota service line
  • Guaranteed banking, regulatory or transfer outcomes
  • Workarounds intended to bypass applicable law, sanctions, currency controls or bank compliance
  • Services presented as legal advice where the responsible licensed professional has not been identified
Responsibility model

One file. Four different kinds of ownership.

The route is easier to trust when coordination, regulated work and final acceptance are not blurred into one vague promise.

01Client
Owns

Facts, instructions, commercial objective and truthful source documents.

Decides

What result is wanted, which facts are correct and whether the proposed scope is approved.

Does not own

The client should not have to guess which apostille, notary, registry or professional route applies.

02LexRoota
Owns

Route mapping, coordination, evidence organization, handoffs and visible scope.

Decides

How the workstream is sequenced and which unanswered dependency must be resolved next.

Does not own

LexRoota does not replace a licensed professional or promise a third party’s acceptance decision.

03Authorized provider
Owns

The regulated act or professional opinion that legally belongs to that provider.

Decides

Legal/notarial/tax or other regulated questions within that provider’s authority and engagement.

Does not own

A provider should not silently become owner of unrelated Canada ↔ Ukraine coordination unless that is actually agreed.

04Final recipient
Owns

Acceptance, filing, compliance review, registration or institutional decision.

Decides

Whether the submitted document/file satisfies the recipient’s current rules and internal requirements.

Does not own

No intermediary can responsibly guarantee a bank, registry, notary, regulator or other recipient outcome.

LexRoota ruleIf responsibility changes, the route and scope should say so explicitly.

The operating model

One route can involve several professionals. It should still feel like one understandable file.

We separate coordination from regulated professional work so the client knows who is responsible for each step, which costs are third-party costs, and which decisions remain with a bank, notary, lawyer, authority or other regulated provider.
